SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Marketing and Distribution: PCByShubh is a marketing and distribution company. We are not the manufacturers of the products we sell unless otherwise specified.
GST Certification: I/We certify that our registration certificate under the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act is active on the date of sale of the products as listed on the Bill, Cash Memo, or Invoice, which are part of our regular business operations.
Responsibility Limitation: Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our warehouse. The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the buyer at the time of shipment.
GST Invoice: We provide a valid GST invoice for all transactions. If you require your company’s GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box while placing the order and provide a copy of your company's GST certificate (3 pages) for GST invoicing purposes.
Order Cancellation Fees: A 2% convenience fee will be deducted for orders canceled before shipment. If the order has already been shipped, a 5% charge will apply. For any modifications made after shipping, a 3% fee will apply. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
EMI Payment Convenience Fees: If payment is made using Bajaj EMI options, the convenience fee is non-refundable. In case of cancellation after shipping, a 5% deduction will apply. This applies only when the cancellation is initiated by the buyer.
Product Nature: All products sold by us are components and spares for computer systems, unless explicitly stated as “New PC System.” We do not sell complete systems unless specified.
Special Usage Disclaimer: If the products are intended for special or abnormal environments (other than normal usage), the buyer must inform us at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
Customer Responsibility: Customers cannot waive responsibility on the grounds of ignorance regarding these Terms and Conditions.
Gaming Chair Returns: For gaming chairs, only part replacements will be provided if the product delivered is defective or damaged. No refunds will be issued for gaming chairs.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products: For DOA claims, the buyer must ensure that all parts, accessories, and packaging are intact as received. Missing items or tampered packaging will result in the claim being treated as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) instead of DOA.
Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering with warranty stickers. All products require installation by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer.
Order Cancellation Rights: PCByShubh reserves the right to cancel any orders due to price errors or stock issues.
Jurisdiction: All disputes arising from this sale contract will be governed by the laws of India, and the courts located in Chandigardh will have exclusive jurisdiction.
WARRANTY & RMA TERMS:
Carry-In Warranty: All products are covered under carry-in warranty. Shipping charges for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) claims are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue falls within the warranty window.
On-Site Warranty: On-site warranty is only available if the product is within the service area covered by the manufacturer or brand. If the service area is not available, the warranty will be carried-in only.
Shipping Insurance: We do not cover shipping insurance for RMA shipments. We are not liable for damages that occur during transit.
Manufacturer Warranty: Where "Direct Warranty" or "Manufacturer Warranty" is mentioned, the warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer or distributor. We are not responsible for the warranty service, but we will assist in facilitating the claim.
Warranty Documentation: For warranty claims, always provide a copy of the original invoice.
Good Physical Condition: Products must be in good physical condition for warranty repair/replacement. Any product with physical damage, broken pins, tampered warranty stickers, or missing parts will be considered void of warranty.
Warranty Voids: Warranty claims will be void if products are found with broken parts, burnt pins, cracks, missing components, or tampered warranty seals.
RMA/Warranty Claim Duration: The processing time for RMA or warranty claims is determined by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Mishandling Exclusions: Warranty claims will not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper installation, power surges, or other user-induced damage.
Manufacturer’s Responsibility: Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. For warranty services, customers must directly approach the manufacturer's service center if they have one locally.
Repair/Replacement: Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Missing Accessories: We reserve the right to reject RMA claims if products are returned without accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
Service Issues: Any service-related litigation must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or distributor.
Payment Requirement: Warranty services will only be available if the product was fully paid for at the time of purchase.
Non-Guaranteed Service: RMA/warranty service is not guaranteed for a lifetime. This is a special service we offer, and we reserve the right to revoke it at any time without prior notice.
GENERAL TERMS:
Intellectual Property: All content on the website of PCByShubh is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without our consent is prohibited.
Site Operation: PCByShubh reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if there are any issues like computer viruses, bugs, or technical problems that affect the security or administration of the service.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will not be disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
We will not share your payment details or personal information unless necessary for processing your order or complying with legal obligations.
Cash Payment Limit: We do not accept cash payments exceeding INR 50,000 for any transaction.
